what指其他人的理解的东西，是宾语（understanding what），which为哪一个、哪一些，并不是有选择的理解，“其他人”已经有了想法了。做选择题的时候，可以尝试换换换换主语和动词，换成我们熟悉的或背过的句子，what others actually understand与what I think的涵义是一样的。
整句意思是：你想通过言语传达的信息与其他人理解的恰好相反。
